Stoyan Sirakov is a leading intellectual property attorney at Interius with over 15 years of experience in trademark, design, and patent law. Stoyan has been invited to contribute to the Legal Affairs Committee of the Bulgarian Parliament during discussions on law reforms concerning IP. He has been praised for his well-founded and substantiated proposals, which were subsequently adopted by Parliament.
Stoyan plays an active role in the international IP community: President of the Bulgarian National Group of AIPPI, member of the AIPPI Standing Committee on Trade Marks, Chair of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of ECTA, as well as a long-standing member of INTA. He also serves as an EUIPO SQAP auditor through AIPPI.
Beyond law, Stoyan has a strong interest in football. He is a long-time member and currently vice-chair of the Commission on Football Agents of the Bulgarian Football Union. Between 2021 and 2025, he also served on UEFA’s Players’ Status, Transfer and Agents, and Match Agents Committee.
