Olga Sirakova is a partner at Interius since 1993. With extensive experience across all areas of industrial and intellectual property, she represents clients before the Bulgarian courts, Patent Office, customs authorities, and law enforcement agencies. Her practice covers IP prosecution, enforcement, and litigation, with a strong focus on trademarks, designs and patents. She is also a European Patent Attorney, entitled to represent clients in patent matters before the European Patent Office (EPO).
A graduate of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Law) and alumna of the First English Language School in Sofia, Olga combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of international IP frameworks.

Olga is past Secretary General of AIPPI and the immediate past Secretary General of the European Patent Institute (epi). She is also past President of AIPPI’s Bulgarian National Group, and has held leadership/committee positions in ECTA (Council member 2007-18; Anti-Counterfeiting Committee member 2007-17; Law Committee member since 2020) and in INTA since the early 1990s.
For her particular contributions to AIPPI Olga has been elected Member of Honor in 2020.
She is a full member of the epi Council, a member of the Working Group on Diversity and Inclusion, and member of the Nominations Committee of epi.
Beyond practice, Olga has actively participated in legislative working groups under the Bulgarian Patent Office, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Economy, helping to shape national IP and litigation reforms.
Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Russian, she is widely recognized for her commitment to strengthening IP protection in Bulgaria and across Europe.
